The location seemed closer to the station. The staff did not accept the ID photo that my friend had seen she had forgotten. A 67‑year‑old Italian woman was not dangerous. She sent the lady to the police station saying they would give her a document, but they said they did not provide any document. The staff were rigid and not correct.

The location was good. However, there was a lack of clarity; it says there’s an elevator but it doesn’t reach all floors. The mattress was sagging.

The hotel sits in a convenient spot, just 10 minutes (even less) from the metro stop. The staff were very friendly and kind. The included breakfast was decent for a place like this. The only drawback was the external noise in the room, from the hallway and other rooms.

Este poziționată destul de ok, la distanță mică față de gara, personalul amabil și am putut lăsa bagajele pentru câteva ore la recepție după check-out. Camera avea pereții murdari, baia era foarte mică si dușul avea mici defecțiuni, mobilierul și draperiile foarte vechi și demodate. Raportul calitate preț nu este unul echilibrat

The location was fine. The facilities gave us a room with a minimal bathroom – you couldn’t even move around. The next day, after a complaint, they moved us to another room that was a bit better.
