“it was fair, paid too much for what we got.”

Breakfast was acceptable and the location suited everything we did, but the hotel was not very clean, the bathroom water didn’t work and we had to call maintenance. The TV had very limited options, no local or major channels, and there were no other amenities besides breakfast. The parking lot was full of potholes and the property looked very run down, needing major work and upgrades.

“It was convenient”

The place is conveniently located and booking was a breeze, yet there was no bathroom available for guests in the lobby, the fridge in the room was broken, and the guest service could have been better.

The location was convenient for our weekend trip to Albuquerque, yet the overall experience was disappointing, especially considering how much we paid. There was no hot water in the shower, the bathroom was extremely small with barely enough space to move, the room felt outdated, and the property clearly needs renovations. The ice machine on the second floor didn’t work, the complimentary breakfast was poor quality and limited, and our room lacked a refrigerator and microwave even though those were advertised online. I expected the advertised amenities. The hotel was overpriced for the weekend; while prices rise during busy events in Albuquerque, the accommodations and services should still match what guests pay. I feel I paid far too much for a place that failed to provide basic amenities and comfort, and I would not recommend staying here at these prices unless significant improvements are made.

“Don't book here, EVER!”

Nothing good. Our second booking of the day via this app and both hotels were dire! This one had the concession on broken glass and filthy bedsheets, and there was nothing redeeming about the property.
