It was on the opposite side of the street for our tournament. The fire alarm rang from 4 am to 5 am, there was a cockroach in my room, roaches in the yard, and a crazy neighbor yelling and hitting his son.
“What it use to be”
I spent time with my family, but overall the hotel fell short. The food was poor, there were no decent restaurants nearby, and the hallway carpet was really dirty. When the receptionist asked me for my ID, it felt a bit racist; the Caucasian staff member said, “Let me see your ID.” I would have appreciated better training for the team. I’m looking for another place to enjoy with my family. The Wi‑Fi was extremely slow, and my kids and I were subjected to that.
