How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Everything was terrible except the coffee, which was fine. The bed was uncomfortable, the place was dirty, the nightly rate didn’t even reach 60.00, and the noise from other guests was unbearable—it was the worst lodging I’ve ever experienced.

Everything needs a complete overhaul. I couldn’t enjoy anything because the hotel cancelled my reservation on the day of check‑in. Imagine this: after a full day of work I left home at 04:00, arrived exhausted around 18:30, and the receptionist looked at me disdainfully and said “your reservation was cancelled” with no acceptable reason, then suggested I try other nearby hotels. A few days earlier they had asked me to confirm the booking, which I did, and the reservation was secured on my credit card, yet it was still cancelled when I showed up. The receptionist refused to contact the manager despite my repeated requests and gave me a card with numbers that didn’t work. She first claimed the cancellation was part of a blanket cancel‑all for that day, then minutes later said management had asked to cancel because of pricing errors. I was left dealing with a commercial problem that wasn’t mine, and I intend to pursue the hotel legally.

The breakfast was decent, but the room had dirt under the mattress and a German cockroach infestation, which made the stay complicated.

I couldn't sleep because the air conditioner was so noisy.

Unfortunately, the room was extremely cramped and cleanliness was subpar.
