How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The proximity, right in the centre of Madrid and near iconic spots, the staff are very friendly and professional, and the room is clean. The mattress was too soft and seemed to have a hole in the middle, so it needs to be replaced.

The hotel was pretty, clean, and in an excellent location, but the showers were too small.

The location is excellent, minutes from Gran Vía and Plaza del Sol. The beds and pillows could be improved.

The room overall was fine, but I loved the shower tray in the bathroom. I booked at a rate of 69, and after 8 days they raised it to 89 because the high season was starting. I had already been staying there for 8 days.
