Good location, quiet and calm, easy access to Harvard Square and South Station, friendly staff, bottled water and snacks available, plenty of clean towels, kettle, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer in the room, clean bathroom, pleasant triple‑deck vibe, and my room even had a sink and microwave, which was a big plus; there was a desk too. The carpets were terribly dirty and unappetizing, the room needed a deep clean, but overall it was okay for me.

This property should not be posted—it’s in really bad condition.

The sheets were filthy—really nasty—and a guest kept talking on the phone right under my window until after midnight. When I tried to open the window to speak with him, it came loose from the frame. The hallways and staircase are covered in raw plaster that’s trying to patch huge holes. It’s a stunningly bad place to stay, only worth it as an adventure for students and backpackers. The problems above are the main issue.
