The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The staff were all super friendly, especially the ones on roller skates taking drink orders around the pool.
The views of the sea and mountains are simply stunning, and the hotel itself is amazing.

The Luna Bar, new pools, El Tacos Ala’ Cart, and the animation were great, and the sea was enjoyable. The rooms were tired (we had an upgraded room), the main restaurant’s variety was less than before, the loungers were outdated, and there was a lack of staff at the main restaurant and pool bar in the evenings.
“Прекрасное расположение отеля, свой отличный пляж, огромное количество лежаков, мест достаточно”
The kitchen was wonderful, with a wide range of dishes and an impressive abundance. Every evening there was an entertainment program, and the staff were friendly and helped with any issues. I’d like to thank all the staff involved in accommodation, the restaurant and bar teams, and the animators. We booked a family two‑room suite and received a two‑room suite with a jacuzzi. It was very charming. The AKRA hotel chain is liked by everyone without exception. The loud disco in the neighboring hotel kept going until midnight, which should be taken into account.
We’ve stayed at this hotel with the whole family several times and every visit has been positive. First, the staff are incredibly friendly and the service is top‑class. The property is small but well‑kept and green. The hotel has its own beachfront on the first line; even when it’s full, there are enough loungers for everyone. The rooms are fresh, spacious, and cleaned daily. The restaurant is also a highlight – a wide selection of dishes, something for everyone, and at dinner they offer a different world cuisine each night. The bars boast an extensive international drink list. The entertainment is quite interesting, with evening shows and a mini‑club. The location is also great – the hotel is practically in the center of Kemer, just a five‑minute walk to the Clock Tower.
“Очень даже рекомендую, наверное вернемся”
The rooms were spacious and had everything needed for comfort—kettle, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, towels available for beach exchange from 7 to 19, and a beach bag as a gift. The bed was comfortable, with two single beds to choose from, the linens were cozy, and the bath cosmetics were surprisingly good quality. The sea and beach (small pebbles) were liked, the depth was comfortable, and the water was clean. The loungers were convenient and plenty. Ordering drinks to the beach was fast, and the cold watermelon offered on the beach was very handy. The pool was divided into zones—for relaxation, for people with disabilities, and for games. The food was varied, plentiful, tasty, and the ingredients were good quality. We dined at two restaurants—Turkish and Mexican (the latter was on the street, not mentioned anywhere)—but it was very hot and we didn’t enjoy it. The bars were good, the cocktails were excellent, and the guys who made them surprised us. Overall, the staff were very friendly and efficient. The outdoor charging area was relaxing. Darya was great. The spa was also wonderful. I wrote this in detail because I chose the hotel based on reviews and didn’t make a mistake. We drove an hour from the airport. We didn’t attend the animation, but people were having fun until 24:00 when everything ended. On the downside, some street‑restaurant waiters wore dirty uniforms (appetite lost). The cleaning was mediocre, rushed, and sometimes only one towel was left instead of two. Also, the room with a side view of the sea—just one name—had a distant view of the sea and the other hotel’s auxiliary rooms in front of the windows, and their staff’s transport.
The jacuzzi suite with a sea view is truly worth the price, spotless and roomy. The beach water is a brilliant blue. The animation crew were awesome – we even danced with the Zumba girl in the pool and the Pentaque guy. On the downside, the food options are awful; the buffet at lunch and dinner never changes and gets boring, so you sometimes skip it. The nighttime dining area also serves pre‑made food, nothing fresh.
