“Horrible”
For the amount we paid for the hotel and for spot to be broken down that we were not told when we booked it was very unprofessional. The pool was down, the phones were down so I couldn't even call them to ask a few questions, and the elevators were down and I was on crutches!! I didn't like anything about this hotel and I should be getting a refund or a credit.
