The direct contact with nature was great, the trails were friendly and the guide, Guissepe, was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. The extreme cold could perhaps be solved with a centralized heating system or by using clean energy like solar.

The location was amazing! The staff were super friendly and helpful. They originally assigned us a much smaller room than the one we booked. When I pointed it out, we had to wait while they prepared the correct room, even though we didn’t arrive until close to 6 pm for a one‑night stay. The restaurant food was good, but many menu items were unavailable.

The place itself is unique. The nature, scenery, and activities organized by the lodge are 100 % worth it. The service was very good from the moment you make a reservation. It is pet friendly. The project is environmentally conscious and focuses on conserving flora and fauna. I would love the price to be more affordable so I could visit more often. The spa area was a bit disorganized.

The location is amazing! The cabin was good, but the facilities were a bit dated even though they tried to upgrade them with basic aesthetic changes. The shower kept switching from cold to hot and there was no way to let in fresh air.
