The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, taking the time to chat with us in the evenings and making us feel right at home.
I was impressed by the hotel's excellent location, which was right in the heart of the city but still managed to be quiet and peaceful in my room.
The room was exceptional, and I couldn't thank the hotel enough for the incredible experience.
I stumbled upon this hotel and was thrilled to find it offered such an incredible value for the price.

“Stayed here a few times, love it”
The location was great, just 5 minutes from the harbour and close to many shops and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable. One night it was noisy, but the Deluxe rooms are quiet.
“Tres bien”
The location and the staff were excellent.
I was drawn to the hotel because it’s close to the port, but I didn’t enjoy Gili Trawangan at all, and that really affected my time on the island, which felt overcrowded and too touristy for my taste. The island itself feels completely different from Bali, with different locals. I felt like a lemon to squeeze. Inside the hotel, you can rent bicycles for a fee, but they’re very old—no working brakes, no bell, and no lights, so it gets dark very early. We chose the breakfast‑included option, which I don’t recommend; the selection was limited, the tables were very dirty, and the staff were chatting among themselves instead of paying attention to guests like us waiting. The room seemed clean except for the sheets, which were clean but had stains. The bathroom needs a makeover: there’s mold, a broken sink, and no hair dryer. At check‑in they offered boat‑trip packages to “see turtles,” which were reasonably priced but I don’t recommend them. Everyone agrees they want to boost the island’s economy, but you can actually see turtles by just going to the beach and looking for a turtle point and swimming close to shore—no crowds from tours. For the price I paid, I expected a different type of property.
“Cheap cheerful and wonderful staff ….. my fault I should have researched more thoroughly! But it didn’t spoil my visi”
The Manager was brilliant and the staff did everything they could for you. The beachfront location with beautiful views was stunning. Unfortunately, it’s a place for young party‑goers, and the music was thumping and the crowd was bursting with energy. I’d have been up with them 50 years ago, but it’s not for me at my age 🙈
The location is near the harbour. The staff are not very supportive and speak rudely.
