“Worst Chicago hotel I have ever stayed in”
Close your lollapalooza. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!! This hotel is a dirty disgusting hole. Our first room was dirty with mold . Asked to be switched . Next room had no hot water for showers for our stay . Disgusting and dirty and no customer service

Excellent location. Staff very helpful. The room was very small. Decoration in need of updating. Coffee machine difficult to use, the lead was too short to use in a socket. Had to improvise

Excellent location for the South Loop at a bargain price. Walking distance to Grant Park and Millennium Park. View from the room was a back view that faced other hotel rooms. A somewhat dated room
