“Remodeled, clean, spacious rooms”
The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable, and having a microwave and fridge in the hotel was a nice touch for travelers; the front desk staff were super friendly, the free breakfast offered good options, and there were late‑night food options nearby. The only complaint was that after a remodel the bathroom faucet was tiny, barely sticking out enough to wash hands, and on 7/26 the breakfast lady was yelling at everyone—she seemed to have a bad day, but everyone else we met was great.

Everything was satisfying overall, though the gravy could have been a touch hotter; at least there was a microwave available. I didn't dislike anything outright, but there is always room for improvement. The best way to spot these areas is to walk into the room as a guest and look for spots that need cleaning—small details matter. When I spotted a dirty wall in the bathroom, I wiped it with a wet cloth and it made a huge difference; the area was small but the improvement was noticeable. I took pictures, assuming I could post them.

Our stay overnight here at Best Western Eugene was so enjoyable, a relatively quiet space, 2 comfy beds, and all the amenities we could need. The only complaint we had was the elevator squeaking overnight but it wasn’t too bad!

The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed, a nice couch, and a desk; I appreciated the self‑serve coffee machine. The pool, however, was shut down by the health department, which was a major disappointment since I had chosen this hotel partly for its pool access. Breakfast opened late and the quality was not great.
