The staff were wonderful, and the cookies at the front desk were tasty and a nice friendly touch. The carpet in our room was torn, so it definitely needs a refresh.

Because I use a prosthetic leg, walking long distances is tough, so the front desk lady went out of her way to give us a ground‑floor room near the elevator. The fridge didn’t have a freezer section, and I travel with insulin, so I had to keep it cool with ice packs and later fill a few cups with ice for the trip home.

I really enjoyed the waffles, and it’s great that coffee is available all day. On Saturday morning it was super busy, staff weren’t refilling items, and the teens were rushing through the line. I had to take the water pitcher to the front desk and ask for it to be refilled.
