“Beautiful place, unforgettable stay”

This place was a highlight of our Portuguese trip. We stayed at Casa da Mina, a gorgeous house that’s beautifully designed with meticulous detail, making it both cosy and comfortable. It’s spacious, with multiple sitting areas inside and outside. The outdoor space is impressive, full of fruit trees, cute corners, and lovely gardens to wander. The staff were very helpful and attentive, making the stay unforgettable. Their website offers a lot about the history and concept behind the place. We’ll definitely return. 12/10

“Beautifull house in relaxing atmosphere”

We loved the house and estate. The house was decorated with incredible good taste down to the smallest details. It was very spacious and felt like a real home. Everything was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. The estate is huge and we could just wander around and marvel. The pool area was very relaxing with a view of the rural surroundings and hills. We adored the patio and spent a lot of time there eating and playing table games with the kids. It was a fantastic stay. The breakfast was good, but not exceptional. The ground floor didn’t have air conditioning. Although the granite walls kept the heat out somewhat, it wasn’t enough when the outside temperature was around 37 °C.

The staff, especially D. Fátima, were very friendly and the breakfast was great, but there was no hair dryer.

“Conforto e beleza no meio da natureza”

The house is super comfy, clean, and pretty; the surrounding nature is perfect for relaxing moments, though the rooms are on different floors, so the stairs add a bit of exercise, which is actually good.

“Experiencia maravillosa”

Everything was perfect—cleanliness, spaciousness, the gardens. It’s unbeatable; I’ve never stayed in a rural house of this caliber before.
