The facilities and location made it easy to access the train station and buses, but the alley used for entry was a drawback.

The staff’s kindness and courtesy, the comfortable bed, and the nicely maintained outdoor space were all positives. The cold light in the room, arriving at night, gave it a hospital vibe, and the covered, foggy glass offered no view.

The hotel sits right next to the Casilino Polyclinic, which is why I was in Rome. The room was clean and the host was friendly and helpful. Parking is free along the street. I struggled a bit with communication because the host speaks little Italian, and our room lacked a bidet.

We could check in at any time, and they tried to assist us with transportation. We received a small breakfast, even though we didn’t expect one. We ended up in a better room because the one we had booked was unavailable. There was some noise from the open kitchen next to our room, and the person in charge of the building needs better English.

The property and the room were clean. Unfortunately, the noise from the neighboring rooms isn’t well sound‑proofed.
