Si mangia veramente bene , calcolando che siamo in Egitto dove è difficile trovare dei buoni pasti e serviti bene , lo chef si impegna e fa del suo meglio , i ragazzi delle pulizie , i camerieri e tutto lo staff è molto gentile premuroso e sorridente , ti fanno stare bene . L unica pecca è la ragazza alla reception, una vera larva 👎. Qualche giorno prima dell arrivo in struttura ho scritto un messaggio all hotel dove richiedevo l estensione dell check out , non mi ha mai risposto Arrivo in struttura faccio presente questa cosa a L unica ragazza in reception e mi dice che non c’è problema, qualche giorno prima ripasso per pagare la differenza mi dice che non si può tenere quella camera ma che ne avrebbe data una a 1500 monete egiziane …. va bene ! La mattina dello spostamento aveva dato la mia camera ad altri mi ha fatto pagare 2000 monete per uno schifo di camera . LA RAGAZZA ALLA RECEPTION È POCO PROFESSIONALE ROVINA TUTTO IL BELLO CHE CE AL SANAFIR ! ASSUMETE QUALCUNO CHE ABBIA VOGLIA DI LAVORARE

Персонал приветливый, и девушка администратор просто ангел. Расположение прекрасное, прямо в эпицентре Наама Бей, в двух шагах море. Тихо, спокойно и безопасно. Меню не сильно разнообразное, но все делают вкусно, быстро и качественно. Минус - интернет не дотягивал до нашей комнаты, мы практически всегда пользовались мобильным интернетом. Интернет в номере
