The beds were advertised as double but were actually very narrow and short, so we couldn’t fit two people in each. On top of that, a 4 % extra charge for staying in Gander wasn’t disclosed before booking, which makes me hesitant to return to the town.
“Good value middle of range hotel, would stay again”
The staff were great, and the room was secure and clean with all the necessary facilities, including a fridge. The bar, however, wasn’t open whenever I tried to go there. It felt a little dated and some areas could use a freshening up.

Close to a Tim’s,Gas, convenience. Jungle Jim’s next door. Easy access on TCH. Perfect place to stay while in town to see Come From Away!. Property ok. Prefer mattress to be fully enclosed in a mattress cover but mattress was ok!

The location was super convenient and the staff were helpful and friendly. Dinner at the restaurant was mediocre, with boiled vegetables on a plate and a piece of fish that had no garnish to make it look appetizing. The rooms felt very dated and not particularly clean; there was black mould on the shower grout and the space between the bed and the wall hadn’t been vacuumed in a while, leaving a lot of debris.
