“Perfect location & great staff!”

Room 36 - the view! The hotel - the location, super central & the staff were great. The blinds are on a switch setup - it’s not super clear how to use. They broke 3 x during our stay (either wouldn’t pull up, or when coming down, came off the track and over ran and were out of sync with the other blind) We noticed there was a pull out sofa but when we went to use it, it exposed the underneath of the sofa, the floor was really dirty, with trash and dust. There was a door in the bathroom that was locked, it seemed like it went to another room / not a closet. As if it was an interconnecting room but there is only 1 room per floor. It just felt abit creepy as there was always a light on and it shone through into the bathroom during the night, created abit of unease of not knowing what the door was for, where it went to and if there was some access to our room

“Excellent service and comfortable, well maintained hotel with kind and friendly staff.”

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional, always available, responsive, and kind. The room layout was sensible and made good use of space. The decor was smart and neutral, not intrusive. A big oval marble table was a real plus, useful for many things and easy to wipe clean. I’ll definitely book again for my next Hong Kong trip. Nothing to complain about.

“Schöne Zimmer, gute Lage”

The rooms were modern and very spacious. Unfortunately the toilet and shower were intermittently clogged; it was fixed quickly but still annoying. In the lounge only water and tea were available, not the soft drinks shown in the pictures or the snacks mentioned in our description.
