“Wij zullen nief terug gaan.”
The location was good. The customer service was hard to reach. The photos differed from the room we finally received and the air‑conditioning was broken.

The location, next to Plaza Sol and Plaza Mayor. Repairs were being carried out on the building, the stairs were in bad condition and there was no elevator service.

Nothing. A poorly maintained, gloomy place, badly distributed, you have to climb a staircase with uneven, poorly kept steps, across three long floors. The bed pressed against wall to wall, the bathroom was narrow, makeshift and unsuitable (if you shower, the water drains into the corner). Overall, a makeshift room in a space that doesn’t fit a bedroom and the surroundings, despite being near Puerta del Sol, feel unsafe and unattractive. We didn’t like it at all, would never return.

The place was in a great spot, but the apartments felt cramped.

I was thrilled by how close everything was, but the room lacked a fridge and was only suitable for couples since the toilet was inside the room.
