I was completely delighted with my stay at this guest house! Traveling alone, coziness, safety, and convenient location were crucial to me, and I got all of that 100 %. Huge thanks for the early check‑in – I arrived early in the morning, but I was welcomed without any trouble and settled in right away. The host is simply wonderful – incredibly hospitable, responsive, and caring. The house itself is very cozy, clean, and fully equipped. The location is beyond praise, very close to the city center. All major sights, cafés, and shops are within walking distance, so I didn’t need to use transport at all. I will definitely come back as soon as possible. I sincerely recommend this guest house to everyone, especially solo travelers!

The location is great – close enough to the center but still quiet and peaceful. The view of the city is beautiful :) The room photos on Booking were much darker and less impressive – in person the room was bright and pleasant, with a huge window and panoramic view of the mountains/city. I liked the super‑fast internet, which allowed me to work calmly. And of course, the wonderful host Lolita was very welcoming, hospitable, and ready to accommodate. The mattresses and bed were not very comfortable, but it wasn’t critical!

The room was clean and cozy, the shower and toilet were all great, and the hosts gave us a separate shelf in the fridge. The hosts were wonderful and helpful with every question and request. The neighborhood was quiet, and even during the Tbilisys events we heard no city noise. I liked everything.

It was a very good spot. The hostess was polite, welcoming, and intelligent. The room had a private bathroom, was clean, had good renovation, and was warm for late October. We had early check‑ins and check‑outs at 6‑7 am and there were no issues; they greeted us anytime. The price‑quality ratio was excellent. It’s 7‑10 minutes on foot from Avlabari metro, a quiet area yet close to the center. A taxi to the airport takes 20 minutes and costs 20‑25 lari.
