We had a wonderful experience! The host was extremely attentive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent, making it very easy to reach the main attractions in the area. The accommodations were marvelous, comfortable, and very pleasant. Everything contributed to a perfect stay! We highly recommend it and would definitely return.

The location was great, close to Paulista Avenue, the room comfortable, the cleaning good, and the trash taken out daily. I was hesitant because earlier reviews mentioned problems, but the room was very good—just a few small repairs needed: the cabinet door didn’t close, the shower box had no handle, there was no cooktop, only a microwave and a fridge on the floor. A pillow was missing but the owner brought one right away. Otherwise it was very good.

The bed was good, the bathroom clean, and the sofa comfortable. However, the microwave didn’t heat, the cabinet was missing a door, there was a dusty structure above the cabinet, the room smelled of dust, and I didn’t even turn on the air conditioning.
