“Ideal for a short stay”
The room was lovely, the bed huge, everything clean and quiet, and the view was fantastic.
Everything was great, especially the grounds and the hotel’s location, with no issues to mention.
The stay was the best of the three weeks I spent in Central Asia!
“We didn’t really liked it”
The location was good, the furniture new and the room looked modern, and the yard and closed area in the complex were nice. We arrived at 15 and found hair everywhere on the carpet; after requesting a cleaning, the staff said the cleaner would come in 30 minutes. We stepped out for a walk and returned later, only to see the carpet cleaned but the bathroom rug still had hair and there was hair in the shower too, so the room cleaning seemed inadequate even after we asked. In the evening we noticed an unpleasant smell in the toilet, like a public dirty toilet; the toilet functioned properly but the odor was awful. The bathroom socket was also in poor condition; they tried to stick it to the wall but it obviously didn’t work.

The facility canceled my reservation for no reason even though I had booked months in advance, which wronged me; there are no other complaints.
