ITC Rajputana, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Jaipur

“I had a pleasant stay at ITC Rajputana, with excellent hospitality, ambience, cleanliness, and professional service.”

I had a wonderful time at ITC Rajputana, where traditional Rajasthani elegance blends with warm, modern hospitality. The ambience, cleanliness, attention to detail, and overall service were all excellent. I especially appreciated the genuinely courteous and welcoming staff who made me feel valued throughout my stay. Reception, especially Ms. Sonu, was exceptional, and Mr. Ashok Singh from security was also extremely courteous, helpful, and professional. The hospitality, comfort, and personal attention made my stay truly memorable. ITC Rajputana is a place I’d gladly visit again and recommend to others. Overall, my stay was very pleasant with no major issues; a few minor improvements could be made, such as slightly faster service during busy periods and more proactive communication with guests, but these are just small suggestions given the excellent hospitality, ambience, cleanliness, and professionalism of the staff.

The lobby was nice and the staff were friendly, but the value for money was lacking. While the hotel is decent, it doesn’t have the warmth in hospitality that I see at Taj.

“Average experience”

The location. 1. For the price, the room maintainance was questionable. 2. Despite a clear confirmation that I had paid the entire amt on arrival, during checkout the staff came running after me to clear the bill. Only on showing the receipt he was convinced because the "system was nor updated". 3. I found this extremely unprofessional

“We enjoyed our stay, apart from food was not good”

The staff were good, the location was convenient, and the hotel was clean, but the food did not meet five‑star standards.
