The view was gorgeous and the room equipment was good, but the cleanliness was barely acceptable. The breakfast that was promised by the host the night before was forgotten, so I had to “wake up” the staff by knocking on the door to remind them we were there… it felt unprofessional.

It was basic but functional, yet the rooms were empty of amenities and the staff seemed a bit lost on the floor. We were kicked out because they had double‑booked the rooms!

The staff were very friendly, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. The host was very accommodating. Unfortunately, no scooter rental was available, and aside from climbing Rinjani there wasn’t much to do nearby; the breakfast was a bit sparse.
