The hotel was super clean, the staff very nice, the restaurant food good, the room spacious and modern with comfortable beds, and overall it was a very pretty small hotel.

The room was clean and the location central, but breakfast wasn’t included in the room charge, rates were based on bed count regardless of beds used, there was excessive noise and staff smoked outside our balcony, only public parking was available, they wouldn’t help us with an early check‑in even though one of us was unwell, and there are better value places in Champex Lac.

The location was excellent, the hotel was brand new and spotless, and the staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was also fantastic. Nothing else was lacking.
