“Hidden Gem”
The place had a laid‑back vibe and was super comfy, with staff that were friendly and gave off a good energy. It’s a hidden gem in a charming little town, and I have no complaints.

The bar’s history and the old Queensland pub style architecture were impressive. I’d have preferred a private bathroom in my room; as I got older, having to get up twice a night to use the shared bathroom was a concern. Still, the toilet and shower area were modern and spotless.

The hotel is close to the highway and the room was cozy. It was fine for what we needed.

The TV was too small, barely showing the picture.

The historic pub has a friendly staff and the food is amazing! It’s close to the highway but off‑road, so there’s no highway noise. The rooms don’t have A/C, but there are ceiling fans.
