Everything was fine overall. Nothing to complain about.

The bathtub was a problem.

The only thing I liked was the bed. The front‑desk staff were very unprofessional, and there was no air conditioning in the room; they said it was due to a seasonal change and the heat was unbearable.

The staff were pleasant and helpful, but the hotel is far from the city centre.
