“Stunning views make the stay feel like an absolute spoil !”

We stayed in the turret suite, and the view was amazing—almost enough to see the marina to the left, the bay in front, and the heads to the right; every comfort was there, from the twin shower and spa bath to the roof‑top terrace just across the hall; full blackout blinds ensured privacy, and a fridge and glasses were ready for local wine so you didn’t have to go far; there are plenty of places to relax around the hotel, and it’s well positioned near restaurants, cafés, and shops. The only disappointment was the fishermen heading to the marina before dawn with their boats and trailers, forcing us to slow down outside the hotel; as a light sleeper, I couldn’t get back to sleep.

“Loved the show of Mr Naismith as it was the perfect venue. Would tell friends to stay at the Vue Hotel.”

The bed was comfortable, the staff were pleasant and helpful, the food was delicious, and the location was great; there wasn’t much to dislike.

“Had a great stay & would always come back”

The balcony that faces the street toward the bay was fantastic; it was a rainy weekend and we spent time outside on the large covered balcony reading books while enjoying local produce and wine. I would definitely suggest booking a balcony room. The staff were very friendly, though the bathrooms felt a bit old‑fashioned.
