“Chicago nel cuore!”
Three days spent in Chicago at this hotel definitely made our vacation even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and the breakfast was excellent. The ability to use the gym at five in the morning and have breakfast from six was priceless, especially with jet lag.
“Estancia”
I liked it a lot, the room was quite spacious, the staff very friendly, and the location excellent. When we arrived the room wasn’t very clean, the bathroom supplies were not full, and there was a strange smell, but despite all that it was still pretty good.
The rooms are spacious and well‑kept, the location is excellent, about a 15‑minute walk to the beautiful riverwalk. I expected a more international breakfast, but it was still good.

The location and the staff’s welcome are good. The room cleanliness and the breakfast need improvement; nothing special. The deposit required at check‑in was absolutely unexpected!
The hotel was in a good spot and the room matched the description. The bed was comfortable, though the pull‑out sofa bed was less so. It’s a plus that there’s a microwave and fridge in the room. The cleaning staff didn’t really show up to tidy. Unfortunately, in the bathroom wardrobe drawer we still found the previous guest’s hair. Towels were changed on the last day, but one of them came stained and rather unappetizing (see attached photo). The breakfast was below what a person used to a European breakfast would expect. The only bright spot was that you could make your own waffles; otherwise, the food was not very edible.
