The self‑check‑in worked well, but the key safe’s display is nearly impossible to read at night even with a flashlight.
“Alles bestens”
The room was very nice.
The price‑value ratio was completely off. For that money, a refrigerator in the room would have been expected. When I asked, I was told a three‑star hotel doesn’t have to provide a fridge… especially in summer.
I liked the spot—just four stops from the main bus station and a bus stop right outside. The room was clean, the check‑in was a breeze, hot water was fine, and it was roomy enough for one person. The shared toilet downstairs was also clean and I never had to wait for it. The only downside was the bed, which felt a bit too hard for my taste.
The location was super convenient, just a minute from the bus station, and I appreciated the shower with a sauna. However, I’d booked a plan that didn’t include a toilet or a bus, yet the toilet lock was loose. Also, when the room was cleaned, the windows were left open, letting in insects—one spider even got in and I had to deal with it.
