“Room rate overpriced”
The only thing worth mentioning is its location; the room and toilet were especially small and cramped.

There’s a lot of food, but the coffee quality could definitely improve.

Clean, good location, staff (John, Eric…) were very nice and enthusiastic.

We booked Zazz Urban hoping for a real 4‑star feel, yet it fell far short of other 4‑star hotels in Vietnam. It might work for a short business trip, but it’s not a place for a relaxed group stay. The pool was the main draw, yet it didn’t deliver: the Zook Bar is closed forever and management says it’s no longer “promoted,” which is unacceptable for a 4‑star property that should offer food and drink by the pool. There were barely any sun loungers, forcing us to lie on the hard ground, and the response that “loungers may not be sufficient for all guests” is not a solution. Breakfast skewed 90 % Asian with almost no European options, and laundry services were outrageously priced, feeling exploitative. The rooms were clean but cramped, and the staff were friendly and polite, yet they couldn’t make up for the lack of management oversight. When we complained, we were offered a single drink voucher per person, only valid from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, which didn’t address our pool issue. Compared to the high standards of hospitality elsewhere in Vietnam, this place is a stark contrast. If you want a proper pool experience and a place to sit, look elsewhere.

A small but nice breakfast, a limited business‑style selection.
