Nothing. The hotel pictures on booking are not the reality; the furniture is very old and the room bedding is old and dirty, cleanliness level is bad, breakfast options are limited and the same items every day, cold water in the taps is unclean, controlling the temperature is impossible and flow is uneven. Laundry prices are illogical. Staff didn’t solve the problems I faced. The noise level is high and there is no quiet because the hotel is located between express lines and a big road. The bathroom location was not suitable because it was close to the bathroom door; the glass partition between the toilet and the room was broken. The room smell was bad. The toilet flush was broken and the flush head was large, not a toilet flush but a toilet flush.

I liked the spot—easy access to the city and tourist spots, but the breakfast could use more variety.
I keep staying here for business and leisure; the staff is pleasant, the restaurant kitchen stays open until 3 am, and the food is tasty. Rooms are always clean, so I recommend it.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were immaculate, the bed was large and very comfortable, and the shower was the best I’ve experienced in Kazakhstan. We booked it again for the last two days after arriving, and would gladly return any time. The price‑performance ratio was excellent—thanks to everyone on the team.
