I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the hotel was. The staff were also very friendly and courteous, which made a big difference. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it a great place to stay.

“Economy should not mean terrible”

The hotel had its moments, like the small fridge in the room, but it was marred by some pretty basic issues. The door jam was broken, the AC struggled to cool, and the blinds were filthy. But what really took the cake was when the staff carelessly threw away a customized medical hand brace my husband had left behind. It's just not something you expect from a hotel.

“Good value”

The hotel's location was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a shame that the rest of the experience was a bit lacking, but the location and staff made up for it.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, the hotel's state of disrepair and lack of hot water left a lot to be desired. The location was great, just a short walk from the city centre, but the exterior and interior of the hotel looked like it was in desperate need of renovation. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room itself was small and the lack of hot water made it impossible to even take a proper shower.
