Everything was amazing, especially the helpful staff who made sure I felt welcome as an overseas guest. They cleaned my room daily whenever I asked and kept the communication clear and friendly.

Manager Ehsan was incredibly kind and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and a hello. The breakfast was very nice, and the staff were clean, helpful, and excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay at Molton Monapart Mecidiyeköy Hotel. The location is ideal, with easy access to public transport and shopping, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast was good and offered a nice selection, although a little more variety would make it even better, especially for longer stays. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The housekeeping team, reception staff, management, and kitchen team all deserve special mention for their excellent service and professionalism. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would be happy to return. What I didn’t like about my stay at Molton Monapart Mecidiyeköy Hotel was the central heating/cooling system, which does not allow guests to choose their preferred temperature in their own room. I wanted the room to be slightly cooler, but I was told that other guests were feeling cold, so the system had been set to heating. I was advised to open the windows instead. Unfortunately, this was not an ideal solution, particularly for a hotel where guests should be able to adjust the room temperature according to their own comfort. I really like the hotel and its staff, and I had an otherwise positive experience. I hope the hotel can address this issue, as it would make a significant difference to the comfort of future guests. I would be happy to return, but if the temperature-control issue persists, it may affect my decision to stay again

The hotel is well‑located near public transport, restaurants, and shops. It is clean, the staff are very welcoming, the bedding is comfortable, and the price‑quality ratio is reasonable. I recommend it.
