The room was very comfortable and pleasant, and the house is excellently located in the Chiaia neighborhood, ideal for exploring the city without the noise or crowds. The building is a 20th‑century gem with marble floors and high ceilings, an old elevator, and a historic cinema integrated into the residential complex. It’s close to the sea, the metro, and the funicular. The host, Rosaria, is a wonderful person—attentive, careful, and human, with no corporate façade—and the room has an excellent espresso machine! Everything I liked.

The owner was very friendly and the location amazing—couldn’t get better, felt safe, and when we needed a refill it was done. We didn’t mind being away a lot, but the second room was slightly smaller for the other two people.

Rosaria welcomed us with incredible friendliness, the place was very clean and the small apartment with balcony was lovely. Breakfast was in the fridge with everything you need, and the location in the city was fantastic—within walking distance to everything. We’ll definitely come back and send our warmest recommendations! All was great 🤩!
