How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The price of the room turned out to be surprisingly low, which kept me a bit nervous at first, but the dinner and breakfast were absolutely fantastic 😊. The TV was mounted way up high, so I had to shift a wide‑rimmed chair onto the tatami to watch the Japan‑vs‑Brazil World Cup match; they should place it at a more eye‑level spot.

“An unforgettable family trip”

I loved the unique vibe of this hotel and the hot springs were totally fantastic. Soaking in the hot springs while it snowed outside was such an unforgettable experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made our family trip really special. That said, it's pretty far from the airport and transportation isn't super convenient, so we ended up having to hire a car.

“Authentic & peaceful experience”

Our Japanese room was perfect, and the service was top class. The food was amazing, and the staff were incredibly kind, even when they were struggling with English. I would definitely recommend this place for a really nice and authentic experience. The onsen was also really nice.

I visited with my grandparents in November and had a wonderful time. The staff were all really kind and it felt cozy. The food was amazing, especially the BBQ by the fireplace, and the kaiseki meal on the second night was super luxurious and delicious. My grandparents were thrilled. One thing to note is that the outdoor bath had limited hours, so be sure to check the schedule.
