The location was great, and the facilities were simple yet well equipped. I felt very comfortable, and the person who greeted me was very friendly. They provide a cold and hot water dispenser and complimentary infusions.

位置很好,距离码头近,旁边很多超市和食肆. 楼下是一个拳击观赏店音乐很响

The location was fine. However, there is no elevator, the hot water runs out after a few minutes, and the place feels very old.

The central location is a plus, with plenty of shops nearby and a good price. We received the three beds we booked—usually the listing says three beds but it ends up being only two, one single and one double, which is a big challenge for a party of three non‑partners. The reception staff were not friendly. In the evening a big boxing event next door was very noisy until very late. The toilets and shower had some mold.

We left after only 12 hours of a planned three‑night stay. This was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I would strongly advise against staying here. The room was unacceptable: bed bugs in the bed, and I was bitten! Flying ants swarmed the room, making it impossible to relax or sleep. We left the room at 2 am because it felt like things were constantly crawling on us. The room’s condition was unhygienic and neglected from the moment we entered. Safety was a major concern: the window didn’t lock and there was an exposed/open socket, which is dangerous and completely unacceptable. When we raised these issues with the manager, the situation worsened. She was extremely rude and dismissive, arguing that the bites were from last week—a ridiculous claim. I know my own body and know I was bitten in that bed. She even tried to take photos of my bites, which felt invasive and unnecessary instead of helping resolve the problem. She refused any partial refund and showed zero empathy or customer care. The service level was shocking. The entire property feels old, dirty, and poorly maintained. Other reviews mention poisonous spiders, lizards, and even rat holes, so what we experienced is not surprising. Do yourself a favour and never stay here.
