The price‑quality ratio was good, it was clean, and it’s not too far from the center—15 minutes to the Coliseum and 30 minutes to the fountain. The bed was uncomfortable and needs a new mattress, the shower is small, and the bathroom extractor is noisy.

The location is both a plus and a minus; it sits right next to the train station, so you can walk out of the south door in no time. The listing stays honest, no pretension, and the room is clean and simple with a large double bed in a convenient spot. It isn’t luxurious, nor is it in the middle of the tourist scene, but you get what you pay for. The downside is that the proximity to the station also puts you in a rough area; after 9‑10 pm it feels a bit uneasy with the quiet and a few homeless people around. No crime or violence, though, so overall it’s fine. The sofa bed is noticeably less comfortable, but the listing isn’t trying to mislead about that either.
