“Service kann man auch anders”

The staff at the hotel and restaurant were very friendly. We wanted to borrow a knife for the room because there was fruit for sale on the street in the area and we didn't bring one, but they refused, apparently fearing guests might steal. This could have been handled with a small deposit or a note about the loan.

Breakfast was excellent, but there was no air conditioning in the room. It was too hot, the air felt low in oxygen, and the room was also quite dark.

“Alles Bestens, würde ich immer wieder buchen.”

Everything was clean, the room was modern, the location was very good with only a few minutes to the lake, the staff were friendly, there were enough parking spots, and the breakfast buffet was very good and plentiful.
