The food quality was great, but the changing rooms in the pool area were a bit shabby and the pool area itself felt that way too; the water was warm, yet the room was freezing.

The location is excellent for business in Shannon, Limerick, and Adare. Staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with complimentary onsite parking. I look forward to returning.

The interior felt luxurious, staff were very friendly and helpful. Dining in the restaurant offered good, well‑priced food. Our bedroom was spacious with great facilities. I just wish staff would only enter when asked; I didn't leave a door hanger because I didn't want them to return later or refill, and my bed was remade—so I had to pull everything out again. I mainly chose this place for the spa after a week of traveling. The changing rooms smelled awful, didn’t feel luxurious as I expected, seemed in need of an update (hand lotion had congealed), the bin was overflowing, and the lockers were broken.

The hotel itself is amazing, the view is lovely, and the pet farm is great. The only downside is that it’s a bus ride from everything.
