The chalet was really nice, kept tidy, and the owner was helpful, but the shower water in my room never heated up.

No staff were present when we arrived, there were no towels or soap, the bathroom sliding door wouldn't close, the owner was in another city and promised to send someone to greet us, we waited almost three hours, nobody came, so we had to leave.
