How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Breakfast was wonderful and the customer service was excellent, but the jacuzzi tub was smaller than my last visit, and the room cost more during that stay.

The location was the best part of the property, but the carpets were old, the walls were thin with patched holes, and overall it was clean; the entire first floor smelled like an old mop and marijuana.

I was impressed by how spotless and comfortable everything was; there were no hiccups at all.

The parking lot was littered with trash blowing around, my room smelled like someone had painted the bathtub and it was peeling, the chair was locked like a cat tore it up; I think I was given the pet room. Breakfast consisted of processed eggs, cold sausage that was uncooked, and fruit that was old. I have stayed at Qantas all the time for the past 12 years; this was the worst one ever.

The location was good and the staff were very friendly, but there were tons of ants in the room.
