The house feels very authentic and the patio is cozy, decorated in an old‑style that matches how the original houses looked. Parking by car isn’t ideal, but you can leave the car there for a while to load and unload.

The photos are completely misleading; I travel a lot and this was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The place was filthy, nothing like the pictures, located in an unpleasant alley, and the courtyard shown in the images was inaccessible, dirty, and unmaintained. There were no windows facing outside, animal droppings on the walls, dirty sheets, bugs and spiders everywhere, a bathroom that smelled of urine, and towels that looked as if they’d been stored for twenty years. It felt like a scam and a disaster. The woman managing the property didn’t answer our call when we couldn’t find the apartment at the agreed time, and she didn’t reply to WhatsApp until two hours later. Above the apartment and on both sides, people lived in squalor and noise; we had to call the police at 6 am, which forced us to pack up and leave.

It has that rustic country‑house vibe with modern comforts. The Valera bathtub is nice for soaking, but for a shower it lacks a handhold – otherwise I like it.
