The staff were top‑notch—always helpful and friendly, especially Paulo and Aline. The balcony view was stunning and the sunset unforgettable, and the breakfast spread was generous. On the downside, the room gets really cold and damp in winter; a heater would solve that. Also, the balcony access means you can sit on the tables during breakfast, and the noise can be a problem if you want to sleep longer—no point in pulling the curtain because it’s still bright outside.

Everyone on the staff—especially Miguel, Sofia, and Aline—was friendly and helpful, and the food was fantastic. The room itself was spotless and organized. However, the rooms face the breakfast tables, which cuts into privacy; if you’re staying more than one night, it’s hard to keep the door closed because people are always at your door. Parking is a nightmare unless you have an inside spot; the lot is steep and gravel. Miguel was a lifesaver and helped park the car inside.

“Boa localização e ótimo café”

The location is good and the breakfast is excellent. Unfortunately, the staff seemed unprepared to give us basic info—no breakfast times, no Wi‑Fi password, no details about the room or dinner options. We only got Wi‑Fi after going downstairs for a snack and learning that we’d have to request it before 5 p.m.; we checked in at 6 p.m. and weren’t told about that rule. The bathroom shower was too hot to adjust, and the sink looked broken and unusable.

The service was amazing and the meals were wonderful. The only downside was that we had to park our car on the street because the parking wasn’t available.
