The property was okay—spacious and clean. When I booked, the system offered an online payment option that I chose, and it said the payment was held by the bank and advised me to pay at the property. By then they hadn’t mentioned that only cash was accepted. When I arrived, it was raining, and I had to call the number to open the gate. The person on duty was taking instructions from the owner over a video call, and the call was on speaker while I gave my booking details. The owner on the phone threatened me to pay cash or cancel the booking. I don’t think that’s right; you can’t just threaten a cancellation without hearing me out. Luckily I had cash, and although it was raining, I let it go. I booked a hotel with many reviews and trust, but one bad experience breaks that trust. Next time I won’t feel confident booking any hotel if people threaten to cancel the booking.

The spot was good, right near Kapalъ Chershi, which covers everything you need. The area wasn’t terrible, but there were shoe repair shops nearby that made it noisy and dirty. The guy at reception barely spoke; he used gestures instead. The room had no window and was cramped, with three air‑conditioners set right in front of it that were loud when on. Our heater didn’t work; it would shut off every hour and needed a restart. All in all, we wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff always try to help whenever possible. The hotel ran out of water.
