The hotel is very beautiful, the location is superb, and the staff were extremely friendly; at reception we met a very nice and courteous employee whose name we didn’t catch but she was the best, and we received a lot of information for hiking and excursions; the room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony; the sauna and pool were 200 % perfect.
