The receptionist at check‑in was very kind and helpful; she gave me the best available room because my booking was last minute. Later at night, the night receptionist seemed ready to sleep when I arrived, didn’t even ask if I was a guest, and my room key was left on the desk—anyone could have taken it, so keep your key with you.
