I liked the location, which makes it easy to get around Phuket old town. Across the street is a 7/11, and next to the hotel there’s a bar and a noodle shop. I also appreciated the interior design, the large comfortable bed, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

The place was clean. The staff had trouble communicating; they didn’t understand much English and their body language was poor.

The location, staff, and cleanliness were all excellent. It’s very family‑friendly and offers great value for money, a solid 10/10. The only downside was the lack of circulation.

The location was very central, within walking distance of most restaurants, cafés, and pubs, and a quick grab or Bolt ride to activities. The rooms matched the description and the staff were super helpful. The bathroom could have been a bit better; the vinyl flooring in the showers doesn’t work well. We stayed in low season and felt like we were the only guests, although we noticed some rooms were starting to be renovated.
