The location of WJV Inn Cordova 1 is pretty great, but the service is a whole different story. We booked a room, but when we got there, they'd given it to someone else. The staff were pretty unhelpful and suggested we take a ride to their other branch, but we were adamant that they should either provide a ride for us or give us a refund. Unfortunately, they weren't willing to budge on either count.
