There was nothing positive; the rooms had uncomfortable mattresses, the service was bad, breakfast arrived 35 minutes late, and there were hairs in the breakfast.

Staying at Zamorano Real Hotel was outstanding; the location was superb, the staff were courteous, professional, and accommodating, and the rates were very reasonable, so I highly recommend it. I couldn’t find anything that could have been better.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, check‑in and check‑out went smoothly, the room was great, the shower was perfect, housekeeping was very good, restaurant service was impeccable, and the location was ideal—all within walking distance. Nothing to complain about.
